Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The buyer must be responsible for the return's shipping cost, which needs to be sent to us using a courier service with a tracking code. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at if your return is accepted. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. When returning an item, you will need the tracking code for the courier service. You also need to bear the risk of loss caused by express delivery. Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The offer is revoked if the product is free shipping. The shipping fee is 50 USD and a handling fee of 6%. The reason is that the customer’s credit card company charged us a 4% fee and a 2% bank currency conversion fee.

*A partial refund (Minus a shipping fee of 50 USD and a handling fee of 6%). For example, removing the protective film. Partial refund amount at the discretion of our quality assurance team, based on inspection of the returned product.

No refund if the product is damaged / unusable. 

To process time, cancel the order

Our shop will charge a handling fee of 6% of the total order amount.


We understand this can happen, ordering a product and then suddenly being filled with buyer's remorse! If this happens to you, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel your order before it's going in the delivery pipeline.

If your order has already dropped into the processing phase, we are unable to stop the shipping process. Therefore, you will have to return your order for a refund by reaching out for the return during our normal 30-day return policy.

*** The failure of the buyer to pay the import duties results in the product being returned to us (the seller) by the country's customs.

We will charge the buyer the following fees:

(1)35% listing fee and 6% handling fee for the total order.

(2) The shipping fee of 50 USD, return shipping fee and any duties and taxes.

No refund if the goods are destroyed by local customs.
