Refund Policy

By completing this order, you agree to and accept all of our terms and conditions.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. The customer must be responsible for the return's shipping cost, which must be sent to us using a courier service with a tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@no3stu.com. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. When returning an item, you must provide the tracking number for the courier service. You also need to bear the risk of loss caused by the return shipment. Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For unused and unopened products, you will receive a refund (minus a shipping fee of USD 45 and a handling fee of 6%). 

For partially used products (e.g., with the protective film removed), you may receive a partial refund (minus the USD 45 shipping fee and the 6% handling fee). The refund amount will be at the discretion of our quality assurance team, based on their inspection of the returned product.

There will be no refund if the product is damaged or unusable.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to stop the shipping process. If your order has already entered the processing phase, you will need to return the item for a refund by following our 15-day return policy.


In the following two situations, we will charge a surcharge to the buyer:

1. The buyer failed to pay import duties, resulting in the product being returned to us by the customs of the country where it was located.

2. The buyer refused to receive the goods for any reason, resulting in the products being returned to us by the courier company.

In these cases, we will charge the buyer a 20% listing fee, a 6% handling fee, the original USD 45 shipping fee, the return shipping fee, and any applicable duties and taxes.

There will be no refund if the goods are destroyed by local customs.
